KMmaster® – Information technology

Whatever software project you’re working on – for example in a customer development project or your work as help desk advisor or you develop your own software product -, software development projects will fail without professional exchange between team members. Preferred communication channels for example instant messengers or email can stimulate the exchange of information, but they cannot provide a comprehensible documentation of the exchanged information.

As a structured knowledge database KMmaster offers all members of a team the opportunity to see which information was exchanged or what has been discussed by others. No information gets lost and is stored or documented in content elements (KMmaster documents), in comments or in the integrated Microblog. A shared data storage and versioning stops unnecessary emails.
